Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once your order begins processing, we're unable to make changes as it moves through our fulfillment system quickly.
Shipping
Where do you ship to? We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders with no minimum required.
How long does delivery take? Delivery typically takes 15–45 business days depending on your location and current carrier volume. We know that's a wider window than some stores — we'd rather be upfront about it than overpromise.
Will I get a tracking number? Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email within 3–7 business days of your order being placed. Tracking updates may take a few additional days to populate once issued.
My tracking hasn't updated in a while — is that normal? Yes, this is completely normal. International shipments often go through periods with no scan activity, especially while in transit between countries or clearing customs. As long as you're within the delivery window, your order is on its way.
Products
Are your lights easy to install? Yes — all of our lights are designed for standard home installation. Most wall sconces and ceiling lights require basic wiring similar to swapping out a standard fixture. Solar and pathway lights require zero wiring.
Do your lights work in the US? Yes. All products are compatible with standard US voltage (110–120V) unless otherwise noted on the product page.
What's the difference between size variants? Larger sizes produce more light output and suit bigger spaces better. All dimensions are listed in inches on each product page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? Because our products are inspected and fulfilled through a third-party logistics network, we're unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. We strongly encourage reviewing product dimensions, color options, and specifications before purchasing.
What if my item arrives damaged or doesn't work? We stand behind the quality of our products. If something arrives damaged or defective, email us at lunoxaoffical@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll review every case and do our best to make it right.
I've been waiting a long time — where is my order? If your order has exceeded 45 business days and tracking shows no movement, reach out to us at lunoxaoffical@gmail.com and we'll investigate and resolve it for you.
